We're Brendan and Carly Coyle - loving life in the mountains, and everything that comes with it.

Our pursuit of agriculture at 6,440' in northeastern Utah started with cider and an unavailable sip. With a Masters in Brewing and Distilling Sciences, Brendan has been on the technical side of the beverage industry his whole career, first in brewing, then in the distilling industry as Master Distiller for High West Distillery (Park City, UT).

The turn to cider came with an obsession to understand the agriculture behind the beverage. To merge passion of lifestyle with profession, and bring the entire process to one place.

We acquired our 20 acre estate in 2019, and spent the next four years figuring it out: our soil type, trellis design, varietal and rootstock selection, irrigation methods, and regenerative soil practices.

Cider fruit is rarely grown at this elevation.

It's agriculture on the fringe, exactly where we like to be.
